Thank you for coming to book your child’s space at Active Academy!
At this current time, you are only able to book all before school clubs in one transaction, then all after school clubs in another transaction. You must check out between booking each type of club. Apologies for the inconvenience - this is to ensure we have accurate registers and is something we are looking into and hope to alter to support our customer booking experience in the near future. Therefore, we suggest booking in bulk to save time with personal admin!
To book multiple dates of the same type of club, please click the first date you wish for your child to attend, then 'add another time', here you will have the option of adding further dates.
To book multiple children in the same transaction, please amend the ‘quantity’ accordingly.
To avoid completing multiple forms in the future, please register for an account with us - you can create your account at the end of the transaction or hit ‘sign up’ below.

looking for Tax-Free Childcare or a childcare voucher scheme?
We are currently registered with several childcare voucher and funding schemes to help you save on your bookings with us.
Please note that each scheme has different processing times for transferring funds to us, after which we will issue you a voucher code to complete your booking. To avoid any delays and secure your preferred dates, we strongly recommend allocating your funds with as much notice as possible:
Pluxee: At least 2 working weeks
All other childcare schemes: At least 1 full working week in advance
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility if your funds are not received in time and your chosen dates become fully booked.
