The Active Academy Party Recipe

Our birthday parties for children aged 4-16 take place from our bespoke hall on Maple Avenue, Leigh-on-Sea.

We deliver 2 hours of constant entertainment to guarantee excitement throughout. Parents/carers drop off their children (meaning they get a well-deserved break!), then we begin with exhilarating activities based on your chosen party theme. Next, we break for yummy pizza.

Finally, the last ingredient is a tournament-style activity whereby children pair up with each other to take part in a carousel of competitive games. This can include shuffleboard, darts, air hockey, ping pong, golf putting and much more! We will award the winning champions with their own medals following a tally of their combined points - it’s the party you’ve always wanted, guaranteeing to get everyone involved.

  • Of course! Let us know your child’s interests and we’ll be in touch with how we can cater to their needs.

  • We welcome the parents and family of the birthday child to attend the party, if they wish!

    For families of the guests, we recommend they take a well-deserved break and simply drop off their child/children. This is to ensure overcrowding does not occur, creating a health and safety concern. It also allows us to minimise the chaos and secure the fun! If you’re concerned about this aspect, please do not hesitate to discuss this policy in further in your enquiry.

  • While we don’t have a set cost due to optional extras, we have a minimum spend of £200. For a bespoke quote, please enquire below.

  • We recommend between 10 and 20, but if you have another number in mind, please state this when enquiring.

  • As standard, our quotes include: hall hire, 2 party hosts, prizes for the winners of the final carousel competition, hire of any equipment required, resources and supplies, sourcing and delivery of all food and drink, cleaning fee, invitation templates and thank you templates. All other services are at an additional cost, however, they have been sourced for being local and trustworthy suppliers.

  • We are very inclusive here at Active Academy and our club is run by two previous teachers, so we’re well equipped to manage a wide range of special education needs.

    Be sure to inform us of any additional needs when enquiring and we will be in touch if we feel we need more guidance or communication from you. This is to ensure your child has the most supportive and comfortable experience with us.
